Tap That Boston is partnering local and independent breweries with different Boston international cuisine restaurants for “Hop Around the World” craft beer dinner series. Join in on the fun at Pagu, where the event will focus on Japan. Matt Steinberg from Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing will be paring beers to go with a four course menu by Tracy Chang, while offering tasting notes and the story behind each brew along the way. Some menu highlights include; braised pork belly bao with the Briefcase porter, chicken katsu with The Cat’s Meow IPA, and a flourless chocolate cake with Sunday Paper imperial stout. Tickets $79.
