Ana Sortun is the head chef of some of TFL’s favorite Boston Middle Eastern restaurants including Sofra, Oleana, and Sarma. At this event hosted at Sofra, Ana will be hosting London restauranters and cookbook authors Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich to cook some recipes from their newest cookbook “At Home – Middle Eastern Recipes From Our Kitchen.” The Chefs will be showing you how to make fried cauliflower with amba and tahini sauce, tahini cake with white chocolate and lemon, and pistachio marzipan with rose and cardamom. You’ll also get to taste other recipes from their book including baked goat’s cheese wrapped in walnut pastry with fig relish, chicken in plums and sweet sauce, and olive ma’amoul. In addition to the amazing food and tasting experience, you’ll leave with a signed copy of the cookbook. Tickets $140
