Getting Wild: Mushrooms and Natural Wine
Join local mushroom expert and forager Tyler Akabane at Formaggio Kitchen for a class dedicated to mushrooms and natural wine. Tyler is teaming up with former Chef de Cuisine at Toro, Kate Smith, to teach participants how to prepare a variety of wild mushrooms. Formaggio Kitchen will provide several equally wild natural wines to pair perfectly with each preparation of mushrooms. Tickets $65.
