Getting Wild: Mushrooms and Natural Wine
When you think about mushrooms, the first thing that pops into your mind is probably those white button mushrooms on the shelves of your local grocery store. But there’s so much more to mushrooms than you can find in a store. That’s what this “Getting Wild” class hopes to celebrate. For this class, Formaggio Kitchen will be bringing in Boston mushroom expert and forager, Tyler Akabane, as well as former Toro Chef de Cuisine, Kate, to highlight some delicious dishes made with their favorite wild mushrooms. To go alongside the wild mushrooms, they will also be pairing them with natural naturals. Don’t miss this opportunity to go wild!
