Four Decades at L'Espalier
To celebrate 40 years of food, L’Espalier is paying homage to current and previous chefs as well as other team members with a special four-course menu. Dishes include seared foie gras, black bass fillet with lobster bouillabaisse, ballantines of pheasant, beef tenderloin, and a surprise dessert, and for an extra $60, all courses will be accompanied by Chef Frank McClelland’s chosen wine pairings. Did we mention there’s an ’80s theme to this bash? By honoring the decade during which this restaurant opened the doors to its Back Bay location, you’re eligible to win a prize for the best ensemble. Dinner is $95 per person and reservations are required — call 617.262.3023 to snag a table.
