In this hands-on cooking class, Mei Mei’s Irene Li will teach you how to minimize food waste for maximum dumpling goodness. As part of their series of dumpling making classes, Mei Mei is partnering with their sustainability-focused side project, Food Waste Feast. Participants will learn how to make delicious dumplings with stems, peels, and other commonly wasted ingredients. This class will teach you how to save money on food, become a better cook, and even contribute to ending hunger. Additionally, there will plenty of dumplings and signature Mei Mei snacks to eat. Tickets $88.
