Conquer your fear of cooking fish at Sofra Bakery & Cafe’s hands-on cooking class, Fish Tales. In this class, James Beard Award winning chef Ana Sortun will guide participants through various cooking methods, techniques, and sourcing tips for preparing delicious seafood at home. Attendees will prepare three Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern inspired dishes including arctic char in grape leaves and caramelized scallops with lentils. Tickets $125.
