Plenty of amateur cooks are hesitant to cook fish at home, which is why Milk Street Cooking School is hosting a class dedicated to deconstructing our fear of cooking fish. Led by our very own writer, Catherine Smart, this class will teach you all the techniques you need to tackle that pesky pesce. In this hands on cooking demonstration, participants will practice preparing fish by making Seared Salmon with Avocado Sauce and Tomato-Cilantro Salsa, Thai Jasmine Rice and Herb Salad with Shrimp, and Italian Fish Poached in Tomato-Garlic Broth.
