Farm-to-KITCHEN Cooking Class: Summer in New England

Looking for a break from your weekday routine while enjoying the best that New England has to offer? Come check out the Farm-to-KITCHEN Cooking Class series hosted by local chef Jennifer Heilig, formerly of Legal Harborside and State Street. In each class, you will learn 2-3 recipes inspired by local New England produce along with 2-4 other students to create each dish. The late summer menu includes Heirloom Tomato Salad, Pan-Seared Striped Bass from Red’s Best, and Bread Pudding with Summer Fruit. In addition to eating the food you cook, you’ll also get to sample three local New England wines that pair with the recipes you’ll be making. Tickets $60 – $75 (The Trustee of Reservations Members get a discount)
