Farm-to-KITCHEN Cooking Class: Seasonal Crepes with Salt Box Farm
Observe a demo on some tried-and-true tools and techniques of classic French recipes highlighting local ingredients, and then participate in a hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn to make a variety of seasonal crepes, from savory wild mushroom and gruyere to sweet poached pear with cream and cinnamon, and then sample your creations with local wine pairings.
