Farm-to-KITCHEN Cooking Class: Classic Greek Flavors with Chef Jody Adams
Join Jody Adams, one of Boston’s most prestigious chefs and restauranteurs, for a hands-on cooking class at The KITCHEN. Using local produce and food products courtesy of Boston Public Market, participants will cook up some of the signature dishes that put restaurants like Trade, Porto, and now Saloniki into the limelight. In addition to preparing three Greek-inspired dishes, attendees will enjoy tastes of perfectly-paired New England Wines from The Massachusetts Wine Shop. Tickets $72-$90.
