Dumpling Making Class at Mei Mei
Mei Mei has been cranking out some of Boston’s best dumplings for several years and now you can learn how to make them at home. In this hands-on demonstration led by Co-owner and James Beard-nominated chef Irene Li, participants will learn all the tips and tricks to making Mei Mei’s distinctive dumplings. She’ll cover pan-searing techniques, how to hand-fold a variety of shapes, and how to make your own dumpling sauce. Afterwards, participants can grab a drink at the cash bar and chow down on their dumplings as well as some snacks provided by Mei Mei. Tickets $88. See link for dates.
