The Urban Grape owners TJ & Hadley Douglas, along with Chef Gabriel Frasca of Nantucket’s Straight Wharf Restaurant, recently released their book, Drink Progressively: A Bold New Way to Pair Wine with Food. At this one-time workshop, Chef Gabriel will be cooking up a feast while the Douglas’ pour a plethora of thoughtful wine pairings. Tickets $65.
