In collaboration with the Boston Center for Adult Education, we’ve picked a few of our favorite food and beverage focused classes to feature this fall! For this class, Chef Suzi Maitland of Trina’s Starlite Lounge will be giving the lowdown on what makes a Trina’s-worthy #DogoftheDay. In addition to preparing some of these playful hot dogs, Chef Maitland will cook up a few of the comforting, south-inspired dishes she’s known for. Tickets $70 + $20 materials fee.
