Join Chef Tony Maws and special guest Liz Vilardi (co-owner of Central Bottle) for a culinary celebration of International Women’s Day. Vilardi will be pouring wines from her favorite French and Italian female winemakers, all of which will be paired with dishes inspired by Maws’ recent adventures in Israel. The menu includes beet and rose hummus with pistachio on grilled flatbread, freekeh pilaf with almonds and currants, and wood-fired roasted lamb shoulder. Tickets $95.
