Cheesemakers, churners, and chefs alike will be offering up free samples and demos throughout the Boston Public Market and The KITCHEN. Stop by to meet local producers and learn about the farms that make it all possible. The event includes a dairy-themed scavenger hunt throughout the market, special samplings and discounts at Appleton Farms and Crescent Ridge Dairy, and demos on how to make ricotta, butter, and indulgent mac and cheese. Dairy Day! is completely free and open to everyone, but make sure to RSVP so they don’t run out of samples.
