In this hands-on baking demonstration, one of Flour Bakery + Cafe’s pastry professionals will teach you everything you need to know about preparing buttery croissants at home. You will learn how to make, proof, and properly laminate the dough to achieve all of those flaky, buttery layers you expect from a classic croissant. For a sweet spin, you’ll also learn how to make Flour’s indulgent almond croissants. Tickets $150.
