Though brunch has largely been regarded as an American tradition, adding in some Italian twists makes the best of both worlds. Come learn how to make an Italian brunch from the Chef of La Scuola using seasonal produce and fresh products from Eataly. In the class, you’ll observe the chef go through a step by step demonstration of 3 dishes that you will enjoy and then be able to prepare at home. As with most classes at Eataly, each dish will also be paired with a wine. Tickets: $125.
