This spring, The Backroom at Moody’s is hosting a Chef Takeover Series, and the guest for the second installment is Denver chef/restaurateur and host of The Food Network’s “SEARious Meats,” Justin Brunson. Chef Brunson, who has a passion for heritage-raised meats, sustainable seafood, and locally sourced ingredients, will be whipping up a three-course menu that includes porchetta ribs, lobster poutine, and bone-in pork parmesan with grilled broccoli. Tickets $95.
