For the third installment of The Backroom at Moody’s Chef Takeover Series, Chef Jonathan Benno (owner of the Michelin-starred Lincoln Ristorante in New York City), Chef de Cuisine Stephen Conklin, and Pastry Chef Lindsey Bittner will all be in the kitchen preparing a multi-course meal. The menu for the evening will include a calabrese crostini with coppa and burrata, porchetta with turnips, apricot mostarda, and dandelion greens, and a blood orange polenta cake with mascarpone gelato. Tickets $85.
