Make and age your own Boston blue cheese. Get hands-on with the transformation of milk to cheese then leave your wheel to age for 3 months. Most work is performed on Sunday 5/7 with some optional cheese duties on Monday 5/8. Class size is limited to 6 people. Tickets $150.
