For this installment of Chatham Bars Inn’s guest chef series, Jody Adams of Trade, Porto, and Saloniki will be cooking up a seaside supper full of local and seasonal ingredients. The dinner will kick off with a champagne toast at 5:30 p.m. and includes wine pairings. Tickets $95.
