By now, you have probably seen countless charcuterie boards posted on Instagram by your friends. Now’s your chance to sharpen your own charcuterie skills at this class hosted by Formaggio Kitchen. You’ll learn about the differences between the major categories of charcuterie (i.e. what makes sausage different than salami) and taste elements that are both traditional and modern. Charcuterie flights will also be accompanied by classic condiments and beverages to make it a truly well-balanced charcuterie meal. Tickets: $55.
