Caramelized, buttery, flakey — these are a few of our favorite adjectives and all of them can be used describe Flour Bakery + Cafe’s buttery breton cakes. It’s one of founder Joanne Chang’s favorite pastries, which is why Flour is hosting a class dedicated just to making them. In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to laminate pastry dough and build their own butter breton cake to bake at home. Some sweet treats from the bakery will be provided as well.
