In collaboration with the Boston Center for Adult Education, we’ve picked a few of our favorite food and beverage focused classes to feature for the fall! For this installment the BCAE’s resident wino, Erika Frey, will host a class dedicated to bubbly wines. From Champagne to Prosecco, participants will sample and learn about the production and history of a variety of sparkling wines. Tickets $50 + $20 materials fee.
