In this hands on class, one of Flour Bakery + Cafe’s experienced bakers will be teaching participants how to make Joanne Chang’s famous sticky buns. Attendees will learn the basics of building a buttery brioche dough and take part in a demonstration of how to roll and assemble the buns. Afterwards, participants will try their hands at rolling their own buns and bring their dough home for future sticky indulgence. Tickets $150.
