Learn how to make Joanne Chang’s (of Flour Bakery + Cafe) famous sticky buns in this hands on class. Attendees will start by learning the basic principals behind the buttery brioche dough and take part in a demonstration of how to roll and assemble the buns. Then its up to each participant to try it on their own, and take the dough home with them. Tickets $165.
