Bolster your bread making at this hands-on workshop with Chef and owner of Bondir, Jason Bond. Guests will learn all of Bond’s best secrets to making the perfect loaf of bread from scratch. He’ll walk you through how to make two different breads and homemade cultured butter to enjoy it with. While hard at work making dough, guests will be able to enjoy a variety of Bond’s breads, snacks from BPM’s vendors, and three local wines courtesy of the Massachusetts Wine Shop. Tickets $80.
