Brave the Caves: An Underground Cheese Lesson
So your friend asks you what you’re doing this weekend. Maybe other weekends you’d say “Taking it easy, maybe watching the Pats game.” But not this weekend. This weekend you will be spelunking for cheese. You heard that right, you will be going into the stone caves below Formaggio Kitchen’s Cambridge store to learn about the secrets of cheese aging, storage, and maintenance. You’ll also get to try a few examples of cheeses you are learning about. Tickets are $65 and be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket for the cave-like conditions.
