Head over to Formaggio Kitchen, one of our favorite cheese shops in Boston, for this pairing competition. While wine pairing may be more well-known, beer can equally elevate the food it is paired with (if done well). In this class, you will be given a menu of small courses featuring the five major tastes: salty, sweet, sour, bitter, and umami. For each taste, you will try and recommend the best wine and beer beverage pairing. Come see how good your palate is and make it even better! Tickets $65.
