Chocolate and beer: it’s an underrated pairing, that’s for sure. Luckily, Dorchester Brewing Company has teamed up with Phillips Candy House for a special event just in time for Valentine’s Day. Each ticket includes a flight of four DBco brews and corresponding chocolates, and experts from both companies will share how the flavor profiles of the suds and sweets compliment each other. Sample pairings include Clapp’s Cream Ale with a milk chocolate salted caramel and the Cocoa Porter with a dark chocolate covered coffee cream. Tickets $20.
