At this annual throwdown, Chef Andy Husbands (Tremont 647, Sister Sorel, The Smoke Shop) will compete with several celebrated local chefs for the title “King of Tapas.” Each of the three courses will feature a common ingredient that the chefs are required to incorporate and will be judged by attendees based on taste, presentation, and creativity.
