In this class, you will learn everything about Comté from Formaggio Kitchen’s owner, Ihnsan Gurdal, and two of its Cheese buyers. You will learn how Ihsan developed a relationship with Marcel Petite Comté (France’s top Comté) and eventually became the US’s first (and largest) importer from this highly-regarded cheese producer.
