Truffle Making Workshop and Whiskey Tasting
Taza Chocolate is teaming up with Bully Boy Distillers for a tasting and class dedicated to some of our favorite vices — whiskey and chocolate. Participants will learn how to make a dark chocolate ganache using Taza’s stone-ground chocolate with a little extra boost from Bully Boy’s Whiskey. Then participants will be guided through a tasting of three types of chocolate each paired with one of Bully Boy’s whiskeys. Finally, attendees will roll, dip, and top a dozen dark chocolate whiskey truffles with a variety of toppings to take home. In case all the chocolate and booze doesn’t tide you over, Appleton Farms will provide a local cheese board to chow down on as well. Tickets $65.
