Taste, Aroma & Texture: Creating a Balance of Flavor with Chef Tyler Kinnett
In collaboration with the Boston Center for Adult Education, we’ve picked a few of our favorite food and beverage focused classes to feature this fall! For this installment the BCAE is hosting Chef Tyler Kinnett of Harvest to lead a hands-on cooking class about the careful balance between taste, aroma, and texture. Participants will learn how to build layers of flavor while preparing a multi-course meal to enjoy. Tickets $70 + $20 materials fee.
