Tapas Tour: Small Plates from Around the Globe with Little Donkey’s Drew Grosse
We’ve teamed up with the Boston Center for Adult Education to share some of our favorite comestible classes. For this installment, Chef Drew Goose of Central Square’s Little Donkey is offering a tapas tour of some of the world’s best food. He’ll be drawing on international flavors to teach participants how to create a cohesive meal with techniques and ingredients from across the globe. Tickets $70 + $20 materials fee.
