Somerville Fermentation Fête: Rebel Rebel <3 Field and Vine
Join one of our favorite wine bars, Rebel Rebel, as they pair up with Field & Vine for a class celebrating everything fermented, from natural wine, to sourdough bread, to homemade pickles. Field & Vine chef Andrew Bready will give you a hands-on pickling demonstration while Rebel Rebel sommelier Margot Mazur will walk you through the alcoholic fermentation process. Then you’ll finish off with Field & Vine’s Kat Bayle walking you through the sourdough fermentation process. Each ticket also includes a glass of natural wine, a jar of pickles to take home, and some sourdough starter to make your own bread at home. Tickets: $50
