Recipes for a Healthy New Year at Sofra
The holidays are over and the new year has just begun. You may or may not have made a New Year’s Resolution that has to do with how you eat. That’s where this class comes in. At this Sofra cooking class led by Chef de Cuisine Didem Hosgel, you’ll learn some new recipes to integrate into your own home cooking that are sure to make your family say “Wow!” Recipes include winter vegetable soup, roasted cauliflower with smoky cashew sauce, Turkish-style rice and fish with homemade pickles, and root veggie pancakes with hot pepper labne.
