Learn about authentic Peruvian cuisine in this unique class, led by José Barriga, Executive Director and Founder of the Cambridge Food Lab. Your evening will begin on the Peruvian coast with Ceviche, then the classic Peruvian highland dish, Papa a la Huancaina, will take center stage. To complete the experience, you’ll also concoct (and imbibe) your own sangria. Tickets $45.
