New American Summer Cuisine with Spoke Wine Bar’s Eric Frier
We’ve teamed up with the Boston Center for Adult Education to share some of our favorite comestible classes. In this installment Chef Eric Frier of Spoke Wine Bar will be cooking up New American cuisine inspired by summer’s bounty. Using local, seasonal ingredients participants will learn how to create modern takes on classic dishes with flavors from around the world. Tickets $70 + $20 materials fee.
